Rajesh Acharya, is a known sculptor in Karnataka, India.
He received Prestigious Kamaladevi Chattopadyaya Vishwakarma Award (State Award).
The Award was presented by Hon. Governor of Karnataka Sri. T.N. Chaturvedi on 29th
October 2005 in Kamaladevi chattopadyaya Award Ceremony at Jaganmohana palace, Mysore.
Rajesh has under gone training in Bronze Craft in Bangalore mainly in Regional Design & Technical Development Centre (T.W). Also completed sheet metal training at Artison's Training cum Production Centre (ARTRAP) Bidadi, Ramanagar, Bangalore. He finished 2 year training at Shastha Arts & Crafts, Swamimalai Kumbakonam under guru Thiru A.Govinda Sami Sthapathiyar and learned Chola style sculpturing.
